Orders & Customizations
At LoviesPoint, we create aesthetic and bespoke gift boxes and bouquets tailored to your special moments.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and any required customization details (such as photos or special text notes) are submitted.
Users are responsible for providing correct customization inputs. Please ensure correct details and photo uploads are supplied in the correct format.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because of the personalized nature of our products, we operate under strict cancellation rules to avoid waste and manage custom materials.
Custom gift boxes and photo bouquets cannot be canceled once personalization/assembly has commenced.
Due to the curated, delicate nature of customized gifts, bouquets, and items, we generally do not accept returns. However, in cases of severe transit damage, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
